Registration starts 7:30 am - Shotgun Start at 9:00 am
700.00 per team - 175.00 per person (fee covers round of golf, cart, beer, boxed lunch, post golf catered party at Mountain Branch)
Timeline Of Events
Due to current Covid Pandemic- Strict Social Distancing Guidelines will be followed.
7:30 am – 8:45 am
Team Registration and Kickoff Happy Hour. Beer, soda and water as well as Coffee and Muffins/ Danishes that will be served during the kickoff happy hour. Practice Putting Greens and Driving Range open for use for all registered players. Mulligan packages and cocktails will be available for purchase.
Commencement Ceremony marking official start to the day events.
Shotgun Start- Players will report to assigned holes and the tournament will begin.
Round of Golf Play
Each team will end their day on the hole prior to where they started (i.e. If your team begins on hole 9, your team will end their day on hole 8). Each team will be responsible for marking their own score. We will be following the “honor system” for keeping track of scores. Free beer will be provided throughout the day as will a boxed lunch while on the course. Cash Cocktail Carts will be making their rounds for those who would like to purchase spirits/cocktails. All “Orange Crush” cocktails and Bloody Mary's sold during this event will directly benefit Chris and his family.
After You’re Finished Your Round
After turning your team’s scorecard in at the registration desk, you may enter the after-party for a catered meal and refreshments. The after-party is included with your registration.
The closing ceremony will take place once all players have returned to this area. Winners of the tournament, raffles and other contests will be announced. 50/50’s, auctions, and other games will be provided for your entertainment.
